Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the EasyRent platform operated by EASY BUY TECH SDN. BHD. ("we", "us"). By renting a machine you agree to the following.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Accounts are for a single individual or company seat.

We guarantee the quality of the residential IP environment we provide. We do not guarantee any outcome of third-party accounts (including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, TikTok Shop or any e-commerce platform).

You must bring and operate your own accounts in compliance with the applicable platform terms. We are not liable for account suspension or loss resulting from your use.

Upon termination or return, the machine is fully wiped before being returned to the pool. Enterprise customers may request a written erasure record.

Fees are billed per the selected billing cycle. Services are suspended if payment is not received by the due date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
