Refund Policy

These terms govern your use of the EasyRent platform operated by EASY BUY TECH SDN. BHD. ("we", "us"). By renting a machine you agree to the following.

New rentals may be cancelled within 48 hours of the first payment for a full refund if the machine has not been delivered. After delivery, fees for the current period are non-refundable; you may stop renewal at any time.

Built-to-order models (configurations marked "Built to order" on the pricing page) are excluded from the 48-hour cancellation rule above: they are not held in stock and are purchased from the supplier only after full payment, so no cancellation or refund is accepted before delivery. If we fail to deliver within the promised 7–10 business days, you may keep waiting or request a full refund.

Fees are billed per the selected billing cycle. Services are suspended if payment is not received by the due date.
