Privacy Policy

These terms govern your use of the EasyRent platform operated by EASY BUY TECH SDN. BHD. ("we", "us"). By renting a machine you agree to the following.

We collect only the data needed to deliver the service: account info, machine status telemetry and payment records. We never access your machine's screen or files without your explicit request.

We do not sell your data. Payment records are shared with the payment processor you choose.

Fees are billed per the selected billing cycle. Services are suspended if payment is not received by the due date.

Upon termination or return, the machine is fully wiped before being returned to the pool. Enterprise customers may request a written erasure record.
